Categories
Necessary cookies store your choice. They rely on the legitimate interest of respecting and retaining your preferences and cannot be disabled in the settings panel.
The Audience measurement category is optional, disabled by default and currently contains no service. Any future tool may load only after your explicit consent.
Managing or withdrawing consent
On your first visit, you can accept all, reject all or customize your choice. Rejecting is as easy as accepting and does not prevent you from using the website.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Manage cookies link at the bottom of the website. Your new choice takes effect immediately.
You can also delete the cookie in your browser settings. The banner will then appear again on your next visit.
Google Search Console
I use Google Search Console to monitor how the website appears in Google search results. This service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Search Console loads no script and places no cookie on your device when you visit this website. The data it provides (queries typed into Google, impressions, clicks, average position, country and device type) comes from Google search results and is shown to me only in aggregated, anonymous form. It does not identify you personally.
This processing relies on my legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website's visibility. Google's handling of your data as a search engine user is governed by its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Downloadable documents
The website offers PDF documents for download, such as my CV and a recommendation letter. Downloading them places no cookie and requires no personal data.
As with any page on the website, the request is processed by the hosting provider, which may temporarily record technical data (IP address, date and time, requested file) for security and proper operation. This data is not used to track you or measure the audience.
Third-party services
Apart from the services described above, no third-party service using optional cookies is currently loaded on this website.

This policy may be updated if the cookies or services used change. The date of the latest update appears at the top of the page.
